I finally got OpenGL, GLUT, GNAT, NT and gnu-win32 all working together.
If anybody needs help they can email me.

I'm also using the beta version of GLUT 3.6.  So far no problems
found.

Major problems.
1. Dont use GNAT 3.10, use 3.09, the 3.10 is based on the
   minimalist version, and 3.09 goes with th gnu-win32 b18  from cygnus
2. The cygwin.dll that comes with GNAT 3.09, works with GLUT.
   Don't use the one which comes with gnu-win32
