Back around the release of B18, someone
posted a patch to the list for fixing the
[D[D cursor/control key problem in the win95 console.

Something about increasing the buffer size when
a multi-char key was pressed.

I searched the mailing list, and couldn't find
a copy.

If anyone still has a copy of the patch, or
remembers how to implement it, could
you please repost it, or email me a copy?
