The tcl includes that come with the b18 set work including the 
libtcl7.6 an libtk4.2. The people at Cygnus did leave out the X11 
includes you can get them from downloading the Tcl 7.6 from 
www.sunlabs.com. Once you have the includes just compile the 
tkhelloworld it is an example from Dr. Ousterhouts (Sorry if 
misspelled) Book. The creator of TCL. To compile try 
gcc -o tkhelloworld tkhelloworld.c -ltcl7.6 -ltk4.2 -luser32 -Wl,--
subsystem,windows
