A colleague is using GNUwin32 (B18) mostly bash to run some scripts which
are intended to run for a long time.
Basically they're a forever loop which periodically check if there is
something to do, do it then loop...

What happens is that after 5 hours of running (cheking every minute)
the script enters a phase where each attempt at starting a program
fails with a msg:

log):

Has anyone seen this? What can cause this? What should we look for?
Is there a fix?
