When running gnu shell on NT (bash?) mkdir doesn't work! I have to start up a cmd prompt just to issue mkdir commands to create directories. The problem exists on FAT and NTFS volumes. Is this a bug, a feature, or a mis-installation or is mkdir not supported? - For help on using this list, send a message to "gnu-win32-request AT cygnus DOT com" with one line of text: "help".
