After a lot of hack'n'slash i managed to get fsp 2.71 compiled, the file 
fsp.tgz is uploaded to dimcom.uqac.uquebec.ca, i welcome any comments 
about it..
Note: in the file there are exe files and two extra files
fspsh <-- place this in your home dir (you need it for client)
example.conf <-- place this in your fsp server dir
