I've had a problem calling the commands built-in to command.com under NT4.0, 'del' is one such example. I assume this is because there is no such thing as del.com or del.exe, and make doesn't call it's commands via command.com. Is there a syntax to indeed call 'del' from within a makefile, without having to write my own "del.exe" or calling any other 'del' equivalent (like rm)? - For help on using this list, send a message to "gnu-win32-request AT cygnus DOT com" with one line of text: "help".
