Well, if there is no other proposotion to set up an ftp site 
to serve as a repository,  I will do it. 

The main goals are to exchange:
    - binaries compiled for the Gnu-Win32 Cygnus env,
    - patches to facilitate the compilation under the Gnu-Win32 Cygnus env.

But before doing so, I want to hear the opinion of Cygnus 
representatives (Noer?).
