Could it be a good idea to set a WWW-link
on the Web page to the winhelp format
GNU documentation someone mentioned
earlier? This would provide convenient
(and familiar) documentation to novices
of gcc (and veterans of course need
not download them). 

I myself can't remember the site anymore 
though (but it's probably buried in the
archive somewhere).
