The archive has been broken since then.  This is still on my list
of things to fix.

Cygnus tries to keep divergence from FSF sources to a minimum.  We
try to work with maintainers of the tools to accept our changes.  There
is often a substantial lag before this happens however.

I'll try to put some online at some point.

Very little.  The next release will be able to be rebuilt under at least
x86 NT.
