Ideas for "solder jumpers". The inner circle is a pad, the outer curve is an arc. The pad's solder mask clearance is increased to uncover the arc. Sorry, no way to make this a single element (no copper arcs in elements).

This example uses 10 mil lines with 6 mil spaces. The pad is 38 mil, the arc is 20 mil, for a total of about 90 mil diameter.
