	CX = width of bitmap in bytes
	DX = height of bitmap in pixel rows
Notes:	the FGDRIVER functions are rearranged with each major release, but
	  their parameters do not change (see <a href=../../it/74/34.html>#03474</a> at AX=0000h)
	The image will be drawn with its lower left corner at the current
	  cursor position (either text or graphics)
