Find attached a description of what I am considering. If anyone has a
better approach, etc. feel free to respond. I know c/c++ but I need to
learn a bunch of python before I can start coding much of this so it'll=
be a bit of a slow start. I am also not sure whether it would be better
to send this out as one giant patch or a sequence of patches over time.

I did look at spice-noqsi but it didn't look to me like it solved the problem.
