The problem described in your original post couldn't be solved by just
clearing Guile cache. In the message [1] on 28/12/2019 you wrote:

So, you've replaced action.scm in geda-gaf 1.9.2 (git: g7b0ee03) with
file from the Lepton EDA commit you was pointed to in my post [2], then
Guile cache was deleted. That was the solution for your problem.
