Got it. Really simple to get slot then editing the lihata file manually, just had to add a line on mechanical layer in padstack + hdia=0.0mm. Plating is selected in padstack with hplated=0 or hplated=1 which work great.

In sort of it had make sense to select plating for the shape as it cut thru mechical layer but ... this work great. As I remember other pcb software do not have this kind of freedom then it come to creating padstack, not often needed but it feels really good it could be done then needed.
