The PCB manual is managed through the git repo and copied to the web
pages as part of the release process.  Please leave it where it is.
As for making the project sites "obsolete" - no, please leave them
alone.  Among other things, they act as an official "landing page" and
advertisement for each project, independent of the wiki.

The front page has been carefully designed to be a decent intro page,
with links to all the projects in a concise format.  Please don't
wikify it.
