My original thought was to monitor two pots on two adc inputs to the micro. Depending on the voltage at each pot I would set the pwm duty cycle corresponding to the pot voltage. Set up for one channel I was going to use TIs h-bridge (Digikey p/n 296-25377-1-ND) to controle each motor. From how I understand it DJ's "pulse dithering modulation" would work with this.
