The final release is scheduled for Mid-may (i.e. need a package early april to allow for building and QA). Having the new release of pcb 2 or 3 weeks before Beta 1 or Beta 2 (closing date mid-february and mid-march) would, however, be much better and allow having users test the package before the final release.
