The Code also gives moderators and admins a known set of guidelines = to
follow, so that their actions are also not arbitrary.=C2=A0 It clearly
defines what users' actions are "actionable" and which are pe= rmitted.

The no swearing thi= ng mostly just generates annoying bounces IMO.=C2=A0 It's
not as if the people on this list don't know how to be nasty wi= thout swearing.=C2=A0
