Also, I'd really like to have the whole build process from source to win-installer locally at our place. I successfully went the minipack way before back when geda did not yet require gule2.0. See various mails from me in the archive of this list. Can I somehow get hold of your forked version of minipack? How about the bugfixes for guile you mentioned?
