I'd be happy to do the cross compile myself. If only to make sure, the 
most current bleeding edge git head version of geda still produces 
valid windows binaries and raise an alarm if not. Also, I'd really 
like to have the whole build process from source to win-installer 
locally at our place. I successfully went the minipack way before back 
when geda did not yet require gule2.0. See various mails from me in 
the archive of this list.

Can I somehow get hold of your forked version of minipack?
How about the bugfixes for guile you mentioned? Have they been 
accepted by upstream?
