Nobody cares about stuff *somewhere* in the net and essentially you're asking somebody else to duplicate your work. You're the one who understands what you did, so some help of yours is required to get this into the official repo. That said, it shouldn't be difficult to create patches for the whole thing, if one just knows where to start. Easier than trying to extract only parts of it.
