You don't move the mark, you move *everything else* the other way. The MARK command was only used in the old element format, where the measurements within the element were relative to the board's origin, not the element's origin. As for your error, make sure you saved the file as plain ascii text (i.e. notepad, emacs), not "word processor text-like binary" (i.e. wordpad, ooffice).
