I assumed the pin seq attribute drove which pin would be mapped when they were letters. This actually may simplify a few annoying footprints, although i am suprised there is no error when there is a mismatch between sym and footprint pins. Does this mean accidenntly putting a 5 pin footprint on a 4 pin device will not throw any warnings or errors? Oh ok, that makes sense, i guess I would have expected an error.=C2=A0 I= assumed=C2=A0 the pin seq attribute drove which pin would be mapped when t= hey were letters.=C2=A0 This actually may simplify a few annoying footprint= s, although i am suprised there is no error when there is a mismatch betwee= n sym and footprint pins.=C2=A0 Does this mean accidenntly putting a 5 pin = footprint on a 4 pin device will not throw any warnings or errors?
