There is tons of software running on this machine - pcb is the only application that shows this behavior. re-installing was the first thing I tried. I also ran pcb in a pristine account that I keep for such purposes on this machine - same result.

 

There is tons of software running on this machine - pcb is the only application that shows this behavior.
