My system: win2k, sp4

I have a program called ch professional, which launches from the command
line under win2k, and uses djpgg "ln" to create soft links which doesn't
work.

The vendors manual says ln - S is implemented.  But does not work from the
win2k command line(dos box).  I sent a support question about this problem
to the vendors support line, who suggested, I go to this newsgroup to get an
answer.

any suggestions?
