Not exactly, because I think this is - once again - the old version. The relevant HTML file date in the ZIP is Nov 4, 2000 as opposed to Jul 31, 2001 in the downloadable ZIP HTML doc on this web page: http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/doc/ (Furthermore the infamous stpncpy() is missing in djdoc203.zip).
