The latest release of TeX/Web2c port incldues a program called Tex4Ht which allows to produce HTML from a TeX source. I would imagine that given you install the AMS fonts, you will be able to produce any math symbol you could think of ;-). One caveat: Tex4Ht needs some additional non-trivial setup, and might also require to install external utilities for sophisticated use like what you need. Some of the details are described in the distribution, but I must warn you that I myself didn't go through all the steps detailed there before I released the port.
