The book contains a simple yet usable complex number library, written in ANSI flavor C. I did not use the whole library, just typed in what I needed. I used what I typed in to write a radix-2 Fast Fourier Transform. I cannot recall the publisher's name but I suspect that you should be able to find the title in your univeristy library. Make sure to review the publisher's statement about copyright, also look to see if the library is available on the web. Jonathan Hill jmhill AT ece DOT wpi DOT edu
