	Yes, there is. Take a look at libsocket, obtainable from:

	http://www.pld.ttu.ee/~indrek/

on the downloads page. I think it is broken by Winsock 2 though, as it
doesn't work for me anymore :( I think this is true of any of the current
DJGPP Winsock libraries though.
