Please, I don't mean to pedantic. I just want to be confirmed on this. 
Isn't it the _stub_ that does the rm -> pm switch. I always thought that 
the DPMI host makes DPMI services available via INT 31H in much the way 
that DOS makes DOS services available via INT 21H.

mirror sites where it is available by ftp. Please see README.1ST, the FAQ,
and also DJ's site mentioned just above for some important information
_before_ trying to download anything else.

Anyway, freely available source code is one hallmark of the DJGPP project
