As far as I can recall, those are war bots for use on IRC, written for UNIX systems. I doubt attempting to compile them with DJGPP will make them work as you intend, without porting them to Windows or something, as sockets aren't "standard" on DOS. Anyway I'll advise you to forget this war business altogether. It's not worth it.
