Since most (all?) of the archive sites are not DOS/Windows systems, it
seems like it would make a lot of sense to run an automated scanner
against stuff that's uploaded.  Of course, it would have to peek into
zips, but there's already a GNU tool that does most of the work there.
This might be a good time to talk to the folks that do F-PROT about a
Unix port.
