Subject: faster debug32/go32

I downloaded cb_go32exe.zip from sun.soe.clarkson.edu. Two things:

o speed increase about a factor of three. I don't need to wait 6 minutes
  to read the symbol, instead, debug32 is ready in two minutes :-(

o after reading in all symbols debug32.exe prefered to cause my machine
  to warm boot when I said 'go'.
