There is only one qddvx101.zip.  I got it as a zip from QOS and have
not tampered with it.  The note about 1.09 was a subtle hint to site
maintainers to make sure they upload the latest version.  Modules are
each numbered individually, as they do not all change at the same
time, and I like to preserve the author's original version numbers
(like gcc222).  qddvx101.zip is the second version (1.00 was first)
that Quarterdeck has produced.
