Subject: qddvx101.zip availability

Clarkson University is currently investigating the legalities of
making commercial software (such as qddvx101.zip may be) available on
the Internet from their machines.  Until such time as the issue is
resolved, they have chosen to remove access permissions from the
qddvx101.zip archive stored on barnacle.erc.clarkson.edu.

Please do not ask for exceptions to this decision, and please do not
ask me to e-mail them directly to you.  Also, letters of support or
arguments pro or con are not recommended - they have their own people
working on this issue and external interference may only make matters
worse.

These libraries may still be obtained from Quarterdeck directly.
