I've decided to use it for programming an image processing software, because of the large amount af data (several Mbytes) it requires, but also because of the Super-Vga functions. Here comes my problem: I'using an Orchid Fahrenheit 1280 board with 1 Mb of memory; this board is made from the 'S3 GUI Enhancer Chip' which can be found in the Diamond Stealth (?) board as well. There is no go32-driver for this board, which seems only to accept VESA modes. I'm not an asm-guru at all, but it's not a big deal to write the first part of the driver, which is the mode selection. However, I don't know how to build a correct page- mapping routine. I've tried to use the vesa paging routine in the VGA-KIT but it does not work. The drivers of djcpp are located in the directory djcpp/drivers; they are the .grd (or possibly .grn) files (sources are the .asm files) I would be very grateful if someone could help me because I'm really stuck by this problem. Thank you for tips, and advice.
