NT does not provide the proper interface to allow go32 to interface with it, no matter how much time you spent porting. The only way to get gcc running under NT is to build it with NT's compiler. Same for emacs. djgpp is strictly for DOS and DESQview. Note that is Microsoft comes to their senses and decides to support DPMI 1.0, it will become feasible to port go32 to windows.
