djgpp 1.07 is now available in germany. I have made an upload on our local
ftp-server  wowbagger.pc-labor.uni-bremen.de (134.102.228.9)
in          pub/msdos/djgpp

thanks to DJ for this new stuff, i am using the templates for a numerical
class library to implement the computer-arithmetic, which is defined by
Kulisch and Miranker as an extension of PASCAL and FORTRAN.
