I don't know why you'd say that. I did spell it correctly. Only the first letter of a name is capitalized in English. A common example in English is Billy Joe as in Billy Joe Smith as BJ Smith or B.J. Smith. E.g., if his name had been David James Delorie, he would use DJ Delorie or D.J. Delorie. English has a rule. "DJ" means "D.J." and not "Dj". As long as "DJ" insists on violating English rules by using "DJ" instead of "Dj" he is going to have people who understand his name to be "D.J." End of story.
