The (2008 Mik) build of Wget (on iBiblio) seems to work fine, but I'm skeptical whether it would rebuild correctly, esp. newer versions. The old builds of Curl that I find are not acceptable. Firstly, I'm not sure the 7.10.5 build works at all. IIRC, it didn't for me under VBox or QEMU. There's a newer build of 7.21.6 (or such) from dplus-browser dude, but even that wasn't compiled correctly (wrong djerrs.exe or whatever and lacks SSL).
