IIRC, not much was planned for 23.2, at least nothing that mattered to DOS much (lexical binding branch?? Mac OS X port??). BTW, we still don't even have an official 23.1 package for DJGPP yet. I know you're extremely busy, so I definitely don't expect you to do it.
