It should be rather in the directory
%DJDIR%lib/gcc/djgpp/3.44
where you should have already libfrtbegin.a and libg2c.a

otherwise you risk problems when compiling C programs with gcc410
(depends on the search order of the directories, which I don't know:
you may be lucky or not.):
each version of gcc has its own version of djgpp-x.djl:
I do not know if those of gcc344 and gcc410 are identical.
