The file used by the mini-faq is in CVS, so anyone with a DJGPP CVS account can edit it. However, since only Eli and I can upload files to Simtel, it only makes sense for us to edit it. Since I have to virus scan and run other tests on zip files that are uploaded, editing a file at the same time isn't a big deal.
