Font changing -> This guy got a braindead HTML-izing client like Outlook Exploder and furthermore, didn't subsequently turn off the HTML -> Newbie with Microsoft software -> Newbie mistakes and Microsoft bugs -> These probably were responsible for the multiple posting since newbies often repost something ten times over when it doesn't appear on the article list instantly, and Microsoft software often screws up in any manner you can imagine and then a few, totally surprising ways as well. :-) -- .*.
