You need the "binutils" package, bnu281b.

Yes, this is in the FAQ, in section 4.5.  Make sure you have all the packages
listed there.

Every time I look at the FAQ, I see something I missed.  Usually this happens
right after I post a question about it to the list, so don't beat yourself up
too much.
