The djgpp user's guide isn't new, it's been around for a while;
however it isn't complete yet.  DJ seems to be promoting it
though, so I thought I would too.  It is better to point people
to documentation than to regurgitate the content of the
documentation here, of course.  Have a browse around the djgpp
web site sometime; there are pointers to a lot of useful
documentation and utilities there.
