I am not sure if GNU Less comes with the DJGPP binutils (I'm using the Linux to DOS cross-compiler). But it's VERY GOOD for reading the text-version FAQ. It's something like DOS' MORE command except you can page back and forth in the file, and search. For example, to find the word `getvect' you just type a slash `/' followed by `getvect' then ENTER. This finds the first occurrence. Type a `/' and ENTER again to find the next occurrence. And so forth. Personally, I use Less for almost all my document-reading needs under UNIX (even though I have `man' `tkman' and `glimpse' among others for reading documentation). ------------------------------------------------------------------- Orlando Alcantara Andico WWW: http://www.dilnet.upd.edu.ph/~orly/ Email: orly AT mozcom DOT com ICBM: 14 deg. 30' N, 120 deg. 59' E POTS: (+632) 932-2385 "violet serene like none I have seen apart from dreams, that escape me, there was no girl as warm as you."
