Done.  I've uploaded mikm203d.zip to ftp.delorie.com under incoming.  I
suspect that it will be moved to pub/djgpp/contrib at some future date.

FYI, the mikmod part that plays music doesn't work on my GW2K 486/33 with
an 8-bit SoundBlaster Pro.  I get a page fault (I believe) then my machine
locks up hard forcing a hard reset.  I'd like to hear from people who could
help me with this problem.  Thanks.
