Well, sort of. Win95 seems to suffer from the same thing NT does - it can't cope with nested DPMI tasks. The worst symptom is that you can't run gcc from within the DJGPPv2 make - in fact, this is the only way I've found so far that consistently crashes Win95 out cold.
