I've already looked at the FAQ and solved one problem. However, I'm getting unresolved externals to cout, endl, and the << operator. It's a simple "hello, world" program: #include void main(void) { cout << "hello, world" << endl; } Not too tricky! I've already unzipped GPP263.ZIP and LGP262BN.ZIP. Compiling C programs works fine. What am I doing wrong?!?
